When signing up for a new account you will be sent an email for account verification.
Please search "Parallel" in your search bar. If you find the verification email in spam, please move it to your inbox and add Parallel as a contact. This will make the link clickable in your verification email and complete account setup.

If you do not find a verification email request after searching up Parallel, please create a support ticket. Please include your signup email and username when creating a new ticket.
