These are commonly known issues with the launcher:
- Not updating past a certain point
- Getting "cant setup your play session error"
- Not being able to select play
- Please check the following solutions:
-Check that your launcher is on the most up to date version
If there is no display, or the wrong version, please uninstall and install the most up to date build here
Other solutions: - Right click the Parallel app and run as admin
- Make sure there is enough storage in your PC
- Please be on a reliable internet speed of at least 20MB.
- Being on a Native windows program (we cannot officially support VMs)
- Check your firewall and security settings
If problems still persist please gather your launcher logs, your in game username and send an email to support@parallel.game
